How we help with your renovation

Our services may include

Renovation planning. We discuss the property, your priorities and the intended scope before work begins. Depending on the project, this may include living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, windows or technical systems.

Design and materials. We help define finishes and material choices against the agreed budget. Design services and product selections are confirmed separately where needed.

Trade coordination. We coordinate the agreed trades, quotations and work stages. The scope, schedule, responsibilities and costs are set out in writing for the individual project.

Completion. We review the agreed work with you and help follow up on documented defects or warranty matters with the responsible contractor.

Coordinated renovation, with clear responsibilities

A coordinated project gives you one clear overview of the agreed work, the people responsible and the next decisions. It can reduce avoidable gaps between trades, provided the scope and schedule are realistic.

Communication. We help keep questions, changes and progress in one place so you can see what has been agreed and what still needs a decision.

Cost visibility. Quotations and changes should be documented before approval. A single coordinator does not guarantee a lower total price; actual costs depend on the property, materials, contractors and work required.

Responsibilities. The written project agreement identifies who carries out each service and who handles defects or warranty claims.
